PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN FREE VIRTUAL SCREENINGS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH RAINN

Focus Features has co-partnered with RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization, and Campus Circle to host free screenings for college students of the five time Academy Award®-nominated film PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN on April 15th, 2021. Focus, RAINN and Campus Circle hope to continue the conversation against sexual assault and violence on college campuses with the film as statistically 13% of all students experience sexual assault or rape during their time at school. 'On the Basis of Sex' and 'RBG' Re-Releasing In Theaters

In tribute of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg ’s life and unparalleled legacy upholding justice, Focus Features and Magnolia Pictures jointly announced that they will be re-releasing On the Basis of Sex and RBG , both films about the iconic Supreme Court Justice, this coming Friday in theaters, alongside the films’ availability via on-demand platforms.  Both film companies will be donating their net proceeds from the films’ theatrical re-release to the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) Foundation in support of their Women’s Rights Project, which was co-founded by Ginsburg back in 1972.  On the Basis of Sex and RBG were both originally released in 2018. 'Focus Movie Mondays' Watch Focus Features Hits From The Comfort Of Your Home

Focus Features announces the switch of their currently standing “ Focus Fridays ” livestreaming program to “ Focus Movie Mondays ,” hoping to bring moviegoers back to the movies from the comfort of their own homes. Beginning on Monday April 6th, Focus Features will be livestreaming a film exclusively on their Facebook page ( here ) every Monday in April for free.
