New #HouseOfCards Season 4 Tease

The hitherto gripping House Of Cards is back in March to give Machiavellianism a bad name. The Netflix Beltway drama/thriller will be looking to emulate the likes of Homeland in rediscovering its best form after a slight season 3 wobble.



There’s no sign of the First Lady, Claire Underwood (Robin Wright ), here – for reasons that will be obvious if you’ve seen season 3, but Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) and his faithful sidekick Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly) are seen breaking ground in the Shallow Grave sense of the phrase somewhere on the Presidential campaign trail.

Washington D.C.’s Dick Dastardly and Muttley will no doubt be more co-dependent than ever, after the climax of the third season left them both with yet more skeletons in their already-brimming closets. This could be a campaign to remember.

If you've seen Naked Gun - or The Naked Gun: From The Files Of Police Squad ! to give its full title - you'll know that it's a comedic masterpiece that springboards off astonishing levels of silliness and random spoofery. Leslie Nielsen's Frank Drebin is a loveable buffoon for the ages, even when he's discussing his dicky prostrate. Do not, however, expect the Ed Helms -starring reboot to adopt exactly the same tack.
