Being frequent collaborators and fellow experts in the cinema world, El Rey Network Founder and Chairman, Robert Rodriguez and influential filmmaker Quentin Tarantino have a lot to talk about. Don't miss Volume 2 of their sit-down interview featured in an all-new installment of "El Rey Network Presents: The Director's Chair," airing Wednesday, September 17th at 9pm ET/PT. In the all-new hour, the duo discuss Tarantino's film career through the lens of their 20-year friendship, using never-before-seen personal footage to discuss topics from screenwriting and camera placement to Spaghetti Westerns and Kung Fu. Among the projects Tarantino and Rodriguez created together is the groundbreaking cult-classic film From Dusk Till Dawn, which Rodriguez re-imagined into a TV series that premiered in March on El Rey Network.

El Rey Network will also re-air the first installment of the Rodriguez-Tarantino sit-down on Wednesday, September 17th at 8 pm ET/PT, leading in to the Volume 2 premiere of "El Rey Network Presents: The Director's Chair," with Quentin Tarantino.

"El Rey Network Presents: The Director's Chair" is a series of hour-long specials featuring the industry's most cutting edge directors as they engage in a revealing and unexpected exchange about the world of filmmaking. The series provides access to one-on-one interviews between Rodriguez and some of cinema's most iconic filmmakers.

Naked Gun Reboot On It's Way

If you've seen Naked Gun - or The Naked Gun: From The Files Of Police Squad ! to give its full title - you'll know that it's a comedic masterpiece that springboards off astonishing levels of silliness and random spoofery. Leslie Nielsen's Frank Drebin is a loveable buffoon for the ages, even when he's discussing his dicky prostrate. Do not, however, expect the Ed Helms -starring reboot to adopt exactly the same tack. According to Naked Gun director/co-writer David Zucker, talking up Airplane!'s screening at Nashville's Wild West Comedy Festival, the new version will not attempt to hit the same spoofy sweet spot as the Zuckers and Jim Abrahams' 1988 comedy. "It won’t be like the Naked Gun that I did," Zucker revealed. "It may be good, but it won’t be that kind of movie. They’re going to use the title. They asked me if I wanted to produce. Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania Trailer

In the film, which officially kicks off phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Super-Hero partners Scott Lang ( Paul Rudd ) and Hope Van Dyne ( Evangeline Lilly ) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp.
