Yes, once again it’s the Big Three – Bats, Bane and Catwoman who get the image love in a series that Michael Fish would go mad for (or, since the source is the movie’s French Facebook page, perhaps that should be Michel Poisson?**) Yes, given that Anne Hathaway’s Selina Kyle predicts in the trailer that a storm is coming, these somehow seem apt, even if we do wonder why they all think they have to be tough and stand out in the mucky weather when there are vehicles nearby. We can even now hear their mothers telling them they’ll catch their death. Well, maybe not Bruce’s…
Anyway, they’re stylish and moody, and we'd put them on our wall. And that sound you hear is Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman grumping that they never get their own character shots. Alfred in a hailstorm, anyone?
With Bale, Hathaway, Freeman, Caine, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard and Juno Temple among the cast, The Dark Knight Rises will be here on July 20.
