BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Lauren Kate's "Fallen" To Be Made Into A Film

Lauren Kate's "Fallen" To Be Made Into A Film

Does this sound like Twilight?

Do we need another film and novels to drive the women crazy. Isn't Twilight enough?

And I am fine with Twilight I enjoyed the first movie, and yes I haven't seen New Moon yet.

What could be dreamier for a young girl than having sparkly vampires and cute werewolf boys fighting over her? How about having two fallen angels fighting over her for centuries?

Disney's betting on the latter, having just optioned Young Adult author Lauren Kate's novel "Fallen", the first in a projected four-volume series, that has just that premise, The novel, which just came out this week from Delacorte Books for Young Readers, centers on a 17-year-old girl named Lucinda, who just like Isabella "Bella" Swan from Twilight has a name that is shortened to something nice and Latinate with an implied deeper meaning, "Luce." Luce goes to the Sword and Cross School, where she meets "Fallen" cuddle muffins Daniel and Cam.

The movie should be great as long as Disney does not put its stars from family channel in it.

OMFG i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee the fallen series, its my second favorite series aside from hush hush being the first. I love the idea of fallen angels its so romantic. When i saw it was going to made into a movie, i literally started crying tears of joy. But if they pick lame actors, i swear i will arrange a anti-Disney parade. I'm already sad its Disney making the movie, but the fact that its going to be made into a movie overrides that!!!!!!!! YAY, first city of bones and now fallen!!!! All they need now is Hush Hush, to make me die and go to heaven! Hallelujah XD <3

Also, im the person who said id die and go to heaven, fallen is nothing like twilight. Don't just assume its like twilight just because there are dark creatures and forbidden love( which happens to be my favorite genre <3). GEE, go get a life. Sorry that was my bookworm self coming out.

This series of books is second only to hush hush with the fallen angel saga and I am totally excited that it's being made into a film but I hope that the disney crew aren't going to ruin it! It's a shame some other film agency didn't beat disney to it and buy the rights first, but if disney somehow manage to pull it off, I will take my hat off and salute them! (I don't wear hats!!) It's such an amazing story and every aspect of it (cast, etc..) deserves very sareful, sensitive planning and the height of respect shown when it comes to remaining true to the actual book!!! Now roll on 2012 I want to read the last one lol!!

I LOVE this book it was so amazing I think it is so cool that they are going to make it into a movie but they should pick actors that really represent the characters unlike twilight cuz they picked a bad actress for bella I just hope that they really make it as good a movie as it is a book cuz it really is an amazing story.

Naked Gun Reboot On It's Way

If you've seen Naked Gun - or The Naked Gun: From The Files Of Police Squad ! to give its full title - you'll know that it's a comedic masterpiece that springboards off astonishing levels of silliness and random spoofery. Leslie Nielsen's Frank Drebin is a loveable buffoon for the ages, even when he's discussing his dicky prostrate. Do not, however, expect the Ed Helms -starring reboot to adopt exactly the same tack. According to Naked Gun director/co-writer David Zucker, talking up Airplane!'s screening at Nashville's Wild West Comedy Festival, the new version will not attempt to hit the same spoofy sweet spot as the Zuckers and Jim Abrahams' 1988 comedy. "It won’t be like the Naked Gun that I did," Zucker revealed. "It may be good, but it won’t be that kind of movie. They’re going to use the title. They asked me if I wanted to produce. They’re nice people, but they don’t want to do that style of spoof that I do." One departure...
