Wreck-It Ralph's marketing team have devised a new one for Fix-It Felix Jr., the game from the upcoming Disney animation. Complete with warped film, a slightly shonky sound quality and a superfast voiceover, it's designed to transport viewers back to 1982, the year when Felix-it Felix Jr. and Wreck-It Ralph were the coolest thing in arcade gaming. Just in case you don't know already, Wreck-It Ralph finds the titular character (voiced by John C. Reilly ) bored after decades of doing same job – smashing a building as his game’s villain – and be hated for simply doing what he was programmed to do. So he decides to hop into other games to try to become a hero. 20th Century Fox Animation and Ice Age makers Blue Sky Studios will turn Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Woodstock and the whole Peanuts gang into an animated feature film franchise. Fox has closed a deal for rights to turn the strip by the late Charles Schulz into a film that has already been set for release on November 25, 2015. That date commemorates the 65th anniversary of the comic strip and the 50th anniversary of the TV special A Charlie Brown Christma s. Fox Animation has set director Steve Martino, who co-directed the Fox/Blue Sky hit Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears A Who! and Fox Animation’s latest blockbuster, Ice Age: Continental Drift. The screenplay is by Craig Schulz and the writing team of Bryan Schulz & Cornelius Uliano. Craig Schulz and Bryan Schulz, who are Schulz’s son and grandson, will produce with Uliano. As Warner Bros prepares to open Ben Affleck’s Oscar-season entry Argo , the studio is in early talks with Affleck to star in Focus . Glenn Ficarra and John Requa wrote the script and will direct. Denise DiNovi is producing. All of this is subject to finding the right female lead, but it all sounds promising and Warner Bros is eager to move quickly and get this into production. Focus tells the story of a veteran con man who gets involved with a newcomer to the grifter business. They become involved romantically but that becomes perilous in a business where they lie and cheat for a living. The complications of the encounter haunt them when they meet up again in the future. Warner Bros’ purchased the project in April, when the first notion was for the directors of Crazy, Stupid, Love to bring back that film’s leads, Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone . The Princess Bride Blu-Ray Review By: MattInRC Among the quintessential fairy tale parody films,  The Princess Bride  ranks as one of my favorites.  Ready and willing to mock the genre and even itself at times, it's the perfect balance of humor, action, and story that has endured since its initial release in 1987.  Growing up with this film, I must have quoted it every day for a year; with so many quotable classic lines, who could blame me?  As a single-disc edition hits stores this week, we take a look at an enduringly funny film about damsels in distress, a man with six fingers, and a very large wrestler.
