Of the most successful and well received was Universal's Neighbors , which starred Seth Rogan and Rose Byrne as post-party people having to deal with a fraternity lead by Zac Efron and Dave Franco. The comedy made over $150m domestically and nearly $270m worldwide. And while it was sure to get a sequel, no one knew quite when. Until today. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal has made it official with a May 13. 2016 release date and a promise that both Efforn and Byrne will return with Nicholas Stoller directing once again.
