LaBeouf Says Transformers 3 Will Be Best of the Series. Let's Hope So

LaBeouf Says Transformers 3 Will Be Best of the Series. Let's Hope So Despite not being impressed with Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen , Shia LaBeouf is pretty sure the third film will be the best of the series. "This is, and I'm not just BS-ing you, it's the best movie we've made of the three by far," LaBeouf told MTV News recently about Transformers 3, adding that director Michael Bay showed him 40 minutes of footage that had him feeling extra confident about the final product. "The script is the best script we've had," LaBeouf said. "The second movie, we were in the middle of a writers' strike, writing on the go," he explained. "The first movie, we had the discovery, and this movie really is the fruition of the rhythm we've created out of five years working together. I'm super proud of this movie." Exclusive Transformers 3 Set Photos By: Windy

Exclusive Transformers 3 Set Photos By: Windy Our very own Tracy has got us some  Exclusive set photos from the upcoming Transformers 3 set. Head over to her site to view the rest of the pictures and her exclusive story. And stop by on Twitter and thank her for the Exclusive photos. As you may have seen me tweet earlier in the week, Chicago was given advance notice of street closures due to the filming of "Transformers 3" in the business district. So, I grabbed my camera and headed out. The streets where filming takes place are blocked off at least one block away on all sides and filming goes on for about a mile straight. Catching the actors (Shia LaBeouf, Josh Duhamel) is tricky. There are no robots to be seen, but the cars that turn into Transformers are roaming the streets ( check out the picture below )! I'm still looking for Optimus Prime and Bumble Bee... Oh, and with some sleuth city maneuvering, I found the hidden trailer lot. Apparently LaS...

Megan Fox Wants To Play A Lesbian Superhero In "Gen 13"

Megan Fox Wants To Play A Lesbian Superhero In "Gen 13" Megan Fox recently talked about her upcoming projects and a project that she'd like to be a part of, she was quoted saying; "I don't want people to protest this, but I would like to be Rainmaker in ' Gen 13 ' if they ever made that into a movie," she told Fox News. "She's a Native American, and I have a little bit of that blood in me," she said about the role, before adding "It would be a bit of a stretch - but if Jake Gyllenhaal can be the Prince of Persia, I think that I can do that." Rainmaker is a fictional character from the popular Gen 13 comic book series. She has the power to manipulate the weather and water with her thoughts and is also an expert in combat. When Rainmaker isn't fighting super villains she is promoting equal rights and preaching to her team mates. Fox also announced that she wasn't returning to Transformers 3 and that she could...

Transformers 3 Plot Line And Of Course In 3D

Transformers 3 Plot Line And Of Course In 3D With shooting underway on a third movie and plans to debut next summer, Michael Bay and Co. acknowledge missteps with the last one and aim to upgrade the shape-shifting robot franchise with a more coherent story, less goofball humor and a pledge that characters who die will stay dead. It will also be in 3-D. "I'll take some of the criticism," says Bay, standing at a set built to resemble a dilapidated nuclear reactor. "It was very hard to put (the sequel) together that quickly after the writers' strike (of 2007-08)." Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura says the rush strained the plot: "We tried to do too many things in the second movie, which didn't give enough time in any one of them. We were constantly jumping to the next piece of information, the next place." Bay is not one for mea culpas, but he says he can do better. "This one really builds to a final crescendo. It's not three multip...

New Girl In Town For Transformers 3

New Girl In Town For Transformers 3 UPDATE: The other actresses on the short-list have been informed that the female lead will go to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley , so unless things fall apart at the negotiating table, she's the new Transformers 3 gal. EARLIER: Newcomer Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has become the front-runner to replace Megan Fox as Shia LaBeouf's love interest in Transformers 3. Insiders say that Bay is down to a short-list of three actresses, but is focused on the model after she read for the role last Friday. On the short-list with Huntington-Whiteley is Sarah Wright and Brooklyn Decker. Wrigh t has appeared in Surfer, Dude and The House Bunny. Decker is the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue model who got her first big starring role opposite Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston in the comedy Just Go With It, which might be retitled to Pretend Wife. Megan Fox- "My Decision Not To Return To Transformers 3"

Megan Fox-"My Decision Not To Return To Transformers 3" Yesterday the buzz around the movie world was that Megan Fox was not returning to Transformers 3. And that Paramount won't be picking up Megan Fox's option on Transformers 3 -- and that it was "ultimately" director Michael Bay's decision.  Who do you believe?  I could really careless to be honest, just get this sorted out and move on with the movie. It was only time till we heard from Megan herself or her team about these rumors. One of her reps wanted to clear up the rumors: “Megan Fox will not be starring in Transformers 3,"  "It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.” Variety reports the studio and the film's director, Michael Bay, intend to cast another actress as star Shia LaBeouf's love interest to move the story in a different direction. Megan Fox Will Not Return In Transformers 3

Megan Fox Will Not Return In Transformers 3 Paramount won't be picking up Megan Fox's option on Transformers 3 -- and that it was "ultimately" director Michael Bay's decision. (So he gets his revenge for her remark comparing him to "Hitler".) Right now Bay and writer Ehren Kruger et al are finishing up the script for the threequel and "giving Shia a new love interest makes more sense for the story," an insider tells me. Bay will start casting immediately for the new female co-star. Now we might all want to take this with a grain of salt, but Deadline has always been right on with their information.  And now we have news that  Variety has also confirmed this news. So did Megan deserve to get fired? I say yes. No actor/actress can expect to go around dissing a director and expect to work together as if nothing happened. Much less the egotistical Bay. But in Fox, he had met his match. Why, as recently as this week Megan was quoted as dissing...

Shia LaBeou Transformers 3 Back To Basics

Shia LaBeou Transformers 3 Back To Basics Shia LaBeouf says the second "Transformers" movie got too big for its own good -- but the third one brings the heart back to the franchise. LaBeouf, who starts work on the next "Transformers" sequel Tuesday, said the third installment will be the best one yet. The new script restores a human element that got lost in the second movie, LaBeouf said. "When I saw the second movie, I wasn't impressed with what we did," LaBeouf said in an interview Thursday at the Cannes Film Festival, where his finance drama "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" is premiering. "There were some really wild stunts in it, but the heart was gone." Please Leave A Comment- Source- THR

Two Douches Will Not Make A Return In Transformers 3

Two Douches Will Not Make A Return In Transformers 3 Two of the worse characters in a movie will not return in the upcoming Transformers 3. Director Michael Bay posted a simple message on his forums stating that " The Twins are not back in T3 ."  He is referring to Skids and Mudflap . In related news, actress/comedienne Kym Whitley(Next Friday,College Road Trip) posted on Twitter yesterday that she's part of the cast.  "Working on Transformers 3 today, a little nervous...always when starting a new project. I have said the Lords prayer 12 times,"  In a hidden extra for the Blu-ray version of Revenge of the Fallen, Bay expressed his intention to make Transformers 3 not necessarily larger than Revenge of the Fallen, but instead go deeper into the mythos, give it more character development, and make it darker and more emotional. Shortly after the release of Revenge of the Fallen, Orci said he would like to introduce Unicron "for scale's sake",...

Michael Bay Let's Use Know Transformers 3 Going To Moscow And Chicago

Michael Bay Let's Use Know Transformers 3 Going To Moscow And Chicago Well, it looks like Red Square and the Sears Tower are the next global landmarks facing swift and explosive destruction at the hands of Michael Bay and his enormous robot troops, with the news that Transformers 3 is set to film in Moscow and Chicago. The sequel, which is set for July 2011, starts shooting in May, with Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf returning to play the hapless humans running away from rampaging robots(probably carrying a Macguffin) and Ehren Kruger writing the script (not joined this time by original screenwriters Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman). Bay has previously promised that this one will not go for more and bigger explosions, instead delving into the Transformers' mythos and becoming "darker". We'd still bet Grandma on there being a fair whack of destruction though, so remember that "fewer explosions" is relative. Please Leave A Comment- Source- empire Via MichaelB...

Transformers 3 Less Explosives and Robots

Transformers 3 Less Explosives and Robots So can we expect more thunderous sound in the third installment? Although the number of robots increased significantly from the first film for the second, the third film -- which will hit theaters in summer 2011, won’t be as robot-heavy and there will be fewer explosions, a tight-lipped Bay said after the Q+A. Not very thrilling, huh? The hunky pieces of metal in the "Transformers" films lose a lot of their thunderous power without all that sound. It's the clinks and whooshes and BOOMS caused by the massive appliances that complete the larger-than-life experience of the films. Director Michael Bay recently joined sound re-recording mixers Greg P. Russell and Gary Summers, and supervising sound editors Ethan Van Der Ryn and Erik Aadahl to discuss the sound art (and science) of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" at the Cary Grant Theatre on the Sony Pictures lot. “I have like 2,000 people — through their artistry — maki...

Megan Fox Will Live To See Another Transformers Film

Megan Fox Will Live To See Another Transformers Film There are many things one can expect at a Victoria’s Secret show (mobs of press, crazy futuristic neon wings, bras covered in diamonds, a Black Eyed Pea, or three) but what we did not expect was a candid takedown of the press’ treatment of Megan Fox by none other than Transformers director, Michael Bay. (You may remember the outspoken actress has referred to him as a “nightmare,” and “Hitler” in recent interviews). But it turns out, Bay couldn’t care less. Really. “I love her,” the man responsible for the blockbuster franchise told USA TODAY's Andrea Mandell. “It’s just, she’s young. Everyone’s got to give her a break, she only…23? It’s just hard. I’ve traveled around the world with her and she’s just like this world symbol now, you know?” So he brushes her diatribes under the carpet? “Absolutely,” he said. “She called me (after the Hitler comment) and goes, ‘It’s all bullsh—t, Mike.’ The press, they just like to prey, and stalk,...
