The critical reception it got last year might not have predicted a sequel would be possible, but with $240 million in the bank worldwide, looks like we will see a follow-up to the mismatched buddy comedy of Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg in Daddy's Home . A comedy reunion for the Other Guys stars, Daddy's Home saw Ferrell as Brad, a mild-mannered husband to Linda Cardellini 's Sara's and step-dad to her kids. His world is threatened when her freewheeling tough guy ex-husband Dusty (Wahlberg) comes back into the picture. Soon the two men are engaged in a war of skill and manliness to see who can be the better role model for the children and score their love. Suffice to say a lot of pratfalls and madness follows.
