With the news of a developing TV series, it looked as if The Expendables ' cinema career may have ended at part three. Not so, according to Sylvester Stallone , who over the weekend confirmed December's rumors that Expendables 4 was underway. Stallone told his Facebook followers that he's about to start working out for "the next Expendables, [which is] gonna be great, fingers crossed! We're gonna do our best and I think we've got some really great attitude going, some great ideas. I think everyone's expecting something different and we're gonna give it to 'em." The story is about about a down on his luck, drowning in debt, chauffeur ( Wilson ) trying to pay of his debt to a bookie, by driving around a mysterious billionaire ( Pine ) who drags the chauffeur to hell and back by selling info on his criminal associates to the highest bidder. Lionsgate is taking legal action against the anonymous individuals who shared online an advance copy of The Expendables 3 , starring Sylvester Stallone . The film company filed a lawsuit in California federal court against "John Does 1-10." Lionsgate reports learning on July 24 that a digital file containing a high-quality reproduction of the film had been stolen and uploaded to the Internet. The Expendables 3 has reportedly crossed more than a million downloads already. All of the copies circulating online are said in the lawsuit to be traced to the original stolen digital file. The lawsuit targets the operators behind limetorrents.com, billionuploads.com, hulfile.eu, played.to, swantshare.com and dotsemper.com and uses language that's similar to past mass "Doe" complaints against torrent users. UFC fighter Randy Couture has signed on to co-star in Set Up , the heist action movie starring Bruce Willis and Ryan Phillippe . The movie, which counts Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Jenna Dewan Tatum among the cast, centers on small time crooks and revenge, and is shooting in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mike Gunther is directing from a script he co-wrote with Mike Behrman. Couture will play an enforcer who works for a local crime lord ( Willis ) tasked to oversee Jackson on an assignment. Couture was last seen in The Expendables for Lionsgate and will be reprising his role as Toll Road in The Expendables 2. Couture also co-starred in David Mamet’s Red Belt for Sony Classics and played a recurring character on CBS’ The Unit. Sly Talks Expendables Sequel It's not to late to start talking about making a sequel to a film even before it is released in theaters.  Sly and investors are hoping that the film will open huge (which I think it will) so that they can roll out a sequel to the movie. If this does perform, I think it will open a little more liquidity in funding the sequel. I have an idea ready to go. People think doing a sequel is easy, but it's not because you need the element of surprise. I'm going to try to do something that's quite radical. I am excited to see this movie that all males who grew up in the 80's always hoped for the Big three in one movie together. Then you add in Jason Statham, Jet Li, Terry Crews, Randy Couture, Dolph Lundgren, Giselle Itie, Eric Roberts, David Zayas and Steve Austin. Sounds like a great combination.
