The A-Team’s potential for a sequel was always in the balance – and now, from Bradley Cooper's very own mouth, it seems there definitely won’t be a follow-up. He was asked “Any news on the A-Team 2? Will there be one? I thought it was great and my friends felt the same.” Bradley’s response: “I loved it too. But unfortunately, outside of you, a few of your friends and myself, there just wasn't enough revenue to supply a second instalment of that franchise.” This is a great shame in our opinion, as though The A-Team wasn’t a perfect movie, it was a big bag of fun. If you look at the numbers, the US haul clocked in at $77 million, and the rest of the world, $100 million. Its budget was $110, so there’s $67 million there to pay for all the marketing (and there was a lot). This just wasn’t enough for a mid-summer blockbuster – and maybe releasing it during the World Cup opening weekend wasn’t a great idea in hindsight. Please Leave A Comment- Source- Empire
