The Social Network- Poster

The Social Network- Poster With all the issues over privacy and those truly annoying invites to play Mafia Wars or help with Farmville crops, Facebook is one of those fads that looks like it’s on the wane a little. But the story of the people who created it, and how the success poisoned their friendships, is still one we’re interested to see. Particularly as the result – The Social Network – boasts David Fincher in the director’s chair, working from a script by Aaron Sorkin. And now there’s a nicely creative poster for the movie. A nice twist on the usual use of heads in posters, matched by the Facebook-style bar at the side. With Jessie Eisenberg , Justin Timberlake and Andrew Garfield starring as co-founders Mark Zuckerberg, Sean Parker and Eduardo Saverin respectively, the movie uses Ben Mezrich’s book The Accidental Billionaires: The Founding of Facebook, A Tale of Sex, Money, Genius, and Betrayal to chronicle the festering issues that drove the original trio to the...

Is My Wife Turning Into A Facebook Addict? Dam You Farmville/Mafia Wars! Hello, my name is April and I am a Facebook addict. I finally signed up for a Facebook account about six months ago after a lot of my friends kept telling me I needed one. It started out innocently enough. I would check it every couple days just to see what people had posted. Maybe take a few quizzes. Then I discovered Farmville . At first I was just checking on my farm every couple of days, trying to figure out the game. Then my husband started playing it and he soon had a higher score than me. I couldn't let that happen. I was then checking the farm every day. As I started to understand how to play the game better I was checking it a couple times a day. I was sending requests to my friends to be my neighbor so I could get an even bigger farm. Then I started getting the requests to play Mafia Wars . I am now playing online at least 3-4 times a day and my friends are probably getting annoyed with all my reques...
