Rama is back with another review and it seems like he really liked this movie. Just as awesome as the first two! There’s a reason why the “ Kung Fu Panda ” franchise is one of the most successful of all-time, and I’d like to believe that that reason is because the writers and the creative talents behind it know how to solidly move the story forward, even with the same characters, they know how to make them evolve without losing the charm and the heart that made the first and the second film effective. Variety is reporting Elizabeth Banks is in negotiations to direct a reboot for Sony’s “ Charlie’s Angels ” franchise. Banks will also produce via her Universal-based Brownstone production company with her husband and producing partner Max Handelman. “ Charlie’s Angels ” launched in 1976 on ABC and lasted five seasons with Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith portraying private detectives working for a benefactor named Charlie. Cheryl Ladd replaced Fawcett, with Shelley Hack and Tanya Roberts joining in later years. Sony produced a 2000 movie with Drew Barrymore, Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu , which grossed $264 million worldwide. The 2003 sequel “ Charlie’s Angles: Full Throttle ” grossed $259 million. Banks made her feature directorial debut with “ Pitch Perfect 2 ,” which grossed $285 million worldwide, in addition to starring and producing. The Pirate Fairy Blu-ray Review By: Sue With the completion of the seasons with Secret of Wings , Disney's latest Tinkerbell movie doesn't have a season theme or even center around Tinkerbell, but instead the Pirate Fairy, Zelena. Although straight to DVD like the rest of the Tinkerbell franchise has been, it boast some major star power in Christina Hendricks as the title character and Tom Hiddleston as one of the main supporting characters, and comes through shining with the same visuals as its predecessors. We've seen Tinkerbell's group of friends expand over the last four films to cover all of the different fairy talents including: fast flying, animal, light, water, and garden, even the addition of Winter fairies, but this time the focus is on the dust fairies. IGN got their hands on the trailer for THE MAN WITH THE IRON FIST . Rapper/actor RZA , has made his own Kung Fu Movie with friend Eli Roth. The title is THE MAN WITH THE IRON FIST co-starring Russell Crowe, Jamie Chung, Lucy Liu, and Pam Grier , the project is also produced by another martial art flick fan, Quentin Tarantino. RZA has worked with Crowe before on American Gangster THE MAN WITH THE IRON FISTS stars and is directed by RZA as the title character, “a blacksmith who forges weapons for the inhabitants of a village in feudal China.
