I'll Be Back-New Terminator Film Moving Forward

I'll Be Back-New Terminator Film Moving Forward A new movie in the Terminator series, which last came to the screen in 2009's Terminator Salvation, may be one step closer to happening. According to Variety , the current owners of the rights to the franchise, a hedge fund called Pacificor LLC, announced today that it has hired the Hollywood talent agency William Morris Endeavor (WME) to help sell the rights to a studio or production company. That's a smart move, since Pacificor has no prior experience making movies. The fund picked up the Terminator rights for $29.5 million in an auction last February after the previous owners, a company called Halcyon, went bankrupt. Pacificor had some post-auction talks with Sony and Lionsgate, who were also bidding for the rights, but nothing came of that. The now-defunct Halcyon itself bought the rights in 2007 for $30 million from original producer Mario Kassar, with financial help from Pacificor. The package include the rights

LionsGate Leads The Bid For The Terminator Franchise

Lionsgate Leads The Bid For The Terminator Franchise So what's a stalking horse bid? An initial bid on a bankrupt company's assets from an interested buyer chosen by the bankrupt company. This allows the distressed firm to avoid receiving lowball bids on its assets. That said, I hear Lionsgate will be named the stalking horse bidder in the bankruptcy sale of the Terminator franchise. When last we left the tug of war over the future of The Terminator franchise, Halcyon Holding Group announced it was contemplating a sale of the rights after filing for Chapter 11 protection last August as a result of a dispute with Pacificor, a Santa Barbara-based hedge fund that lent Halcyon the sum to buy the Terminator rights in the first place. All the big studios, with Sony leading the way as well as Summit Entertainment and Media Rights Capital, were interested in

McG To Make Another Terminator Movie

McG To Make Another Terminator Movie The Halcyon Company is putting the Terminator Franchise up for sale and a buyer should be announced in February on next year. And McG really thinks they are going to let him Direct the next film, even if one gets made. Terminator-Salvation was that bad on a film, if they only stuck with the original ending. McG recently did a Blu-Ray Live commentary So what was the recation to what McG was saying? He just announced that he’s making another Terminator movie. Seriously. Oh and for those people who are punching themselves in the face that he’s making another one? He said he’s making one after that. And now McG is being coy about making another one? I don’t get it. And now he’s talking about a second or third movie again. He says Sarah Connor is going to be in the next film, but he’s not sure how he’s going to pull that off. Holy shit. He just said he thought he could make a better movie than #1 or #2. In answering a question about if Rober
