Deadline is reporting Emma Stone and Jonah Hill are finalizing deals to star and Cary Fukunaga to direct Maniac , a blockbuster half-hour series package from Paramount TV and Anonymous Content, sources say. The demonic clown will be portrayed by Will Poulter, who is perhaps best known from We’re The Millers . Poulter seems like a strange choice for the role, but a quick glance at his somewhat sinisterly structured face may be the key to understanding the decision. There’s something going on with the eyebrow/forehead region there that’s unsettling.
