So far, Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales , the fifth installment of the sea-going mega-franchise, has largely been weathering storms of bad buzz. Word of script changes, weather delays and, most recently, Johnny Depp injuring his hand have not helped matters. Looking to get something a little more positive out there, producer Jerry Bruckheimer has unveiled a first look at Depp in the film. Unsurprisingly, he looks very much as you’d expect: Jack Sparrow being Jack Sparrow, getting into trouble and looking wide-eyed as he does so. The adventure this time has Kon-Tiki directors Espen Sandberg and Joachim Rønning sharing the captain’s chair, with Jack once again down on his luck. Even before the release of the newest installment of the Pirates of the Caribbean series. Disney has closed a deal with Terry Rossio to write the fifth installment of Pirates of the Caribbean. This will be the first one without Ted Elliott, his screenwriting accomplice on the first four pictures. The studio is also making moves to bring back director Rob Marshall for his second voyage on the franchise. This comes as his first effort, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides , is moving through post-production for a May 20, 2011 release. I'm told that Johnny Depp has a deal structure to return for a fifth film that will clearly be drawn up for him to reprise Jack Sparrow, though it's too early to consider him locked. Yo Ho (A Pirate's Life for Me) Today must be teaser Monday, kinda feel like I'm back in High School. With all this teasing going on and all  news that has hit the web I feel I need a cold shower.
