If you're looking for a good place to hang out at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, NBC has just the ticket - IGN has an exclusive first look at the network's interactive activation, and it promises to deliver the goods (we'll stop now, we promise) without exposing you to any unfortunate shopping cart accidents.
Once again, NBC will host an immerse fan experience at the Gaslamp Square in front of the Hard Rock and Omni hotels, and this year the network is creating a replica of The Good Place's neighborhood, where fans can become part of the show's iconic scenes and participate in exclusive photo and video opportunities. According to NBC, the experience will be the network's largest activation yet, and will also host giveaways and a digital takeaway for visitors. Check out a rendering of the Good Place-themed installation below.
Tin Fish restaurant will also get a pun-tastic Good Place makeover, becoming "Good Plates," with special menus and decor. Just to add a little more goodness to the event, NBC is partnering with No Kid Hungry to donate 50 percent of the sales of a designated menu item to its efforts to end childhood hunger in America during the convention. Guests can pre-register for the experience starting Wednesday, July 11 by visiting www.thegoodplacesdcc.com, and will receive a customized profile and wristband to get the most out of their visit.
Fans looking to recharge during the con can also visit NBC's Manifest lounge, open from Thursday, July 19 to Sunday, July 22 at the Hard Rock Hotel, which will feature an oxygen bar, charging station and opportunities to preview the new fall drama, which stars Melissa Roxburgh and Josh Dallas.
NBC will also host four show panels at SDCC, including fan-favorite comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which the network saved from cancellation this May. Check out NBC's full Comic-Con panel lineup below.

When Montego Air Flight 828 landed safely in New York after a turbulent but routine flight, the crew and passengers were relieved. Now, faced with the impossible, they’re all given a second chance. But as their new realities become clear, a deeper mystery unfolds and some of the returned passengers soon realize they may be meant for something greater than they ever thought possible.
