Vanity Fair photoshoots where it’s also revealed that after the untitled “Avengers 4” there will be a few of your beloved stars that won’t return to reprise their iconic roles again because their contracts with Marvel are coming to an end and they want to move on. Those actors are Chris Evans (Captain America), Mark Ruffalo (Hulk), Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), and Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye)
Marvel Studios, which kicked things off with Iron Man in 2008, has released 17 films that collectively have grossed more than $13 billion at the global box office; 5 more movies are due out in the next two years. The Russos’ AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR and the untitled AVENGERS 4 will reportedly take 9 months to shoot and they will use IMAX and ARRI’s new large format 2D digital camera, the Alexa 65 and this marks the first big Hollywood studio project that will be completely filmed using IMAX cameras.
Production takes place in Atlanta, Georgia with both films shot back-to-back.
Prior to that, The Russos’ shot select action sequences of “Captain America: Civil War” using the IMAX/ARRI 2D digital camera.
