BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Underworld TV Series In The Works

After 14 years of either directing or producing the Underworld movies, you might think Len Wiseman would be ready to move on from the universe where vampires battle werewolves and their own internal struggles. Wrongo! He's planning to bring the idea to the small screen.

The movies, of course, saw Kate Beckinsale squeeze into a variety of seemingly uncomfortable rubber suits and run around shooting/fighting like a badass as Selene, a vampire who works as a Death Dealer. She started off by killing the lycans who allegedly slaughtered her family, but things got more complicated when she fell for a man who showed lycan traits. According to Wiseman, the show's tone will be very different – and he's hoping to place it with a premium cable channel stateside or one of the streaming services to allow for the changes. "The series will be a pretty big departure from the films," Wiseman tells Deadline. "I don’t want to say it’s more adult, but it’s definitely less comic book in its tone and character."

Wiseman, who has been active on TV in the last few years, will be a producer on this one. And he also revealed to the site that he's still attached to the Die Hard prequel that has been in the works – or threatened – for a while now. According to him, it's now at the casting stage for the film about John McClane's years in the NYPD. "The right casting for this role is crucial," said Wiseman. "Those bare feet have some very big shoes to fill."

Sex Tape Review: Overly Sexual, Rude, Vulgar, and Absolutely Hilarious

The raunchy Sex Tape will divide audiences and critics, but who cares? Sex Tape suggests a growing practice among loving partners: that of making a raunchy testament of their escapades for posterity. But what happens when that evidence gets seen by friends, neighbors, and even the mailman? This is the plot that pits Jay (Jason Segel) and Annie (Cameron Diaz) in an effort to secure every iPad gift Jay has given, his record company playlists being the envy of the recipients, but which has also inadvertently spread the video to every device. The reason for the act - termed in the movie as pulling "the full Lincoln " for its three-hour length - stems from the couple's non-existent social life, brought on by the constant demands of their children. The couple has a lot to lose: a burgeoning business relationship between Annie and Hank (Rob Lowe) could end if the iPad she's given to Hank exposes the video, and so the couple sets out to reclaim and wipe the incrim
