Bill Skarsgard is the new evil clown Pennywise in New Line’s 2-parter remake of Stephen King’s IT. The setting of the story will be present day with the past being set in the 80s.

Owen Teague plays a psychopath named Patrick Hocksetter, who’s part of a group of bullies that torment the Losers Club. Patrick is so insane, he keeps a refrigerator full of animals that he’s killed.
Also starring are Jaeden Lieberher, Finn Wolfhard, Jack Dylan Grazer, Wyatt Oleff, Chosen Jacobs and Jeremy Ray Taylor.
The film, as initially planned, will still come in 2 parts. The first movie focusing on the kids and the second movie focusing on the adults. Based on Stephen King’s novel, it’s about the Losers Club who defeat a creature called IT who comes back years later but the members of that club, now all grown ups, no longer remembers the first battle.
