#INSIDIOUS CHAPTER 4 Video Announcement

The creative minds behind the INSIDIOUS franchise are re-uniting for INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 4 which is set for release on October 20th, 2017! INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 4 brings back fan favorite Lin Shaye to reprise her role as the parapsychologist Elise Rainier.

Series co-creator Leigh Whannell will be penning the film, and Jason Blum, Oren Peli and co-creator James Wan will be serving as producers.

The film will be directed by Adam Robitel who made indie horror waves last year with his movie THE TAKING OF DEBORAH LOGAN.

Steven Schneider (PARANORMAL ACTIVITY), Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and Charles Layton serve as executive producers. Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions is financing the film, and domestic distribution will be handled by Universal Pictures. Sony will handle international distribution.

In the film, which officially kicks off phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Super-Hero partners Scott Lang ( Paul Rudd ) and Hope Van Dyne ( Evangeline Lilly ) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp. Together, with Hope’s parents Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne ( Michelle Pfeiffer ), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought was possible.
