BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

#InsidetheBucket Podcast #86

This week's episode of Inside the Bucket is online! Revel in the digital mastery!
As the first month of 2016 concludes, Inside the Bucket returns full of the same greasy, ballsy attitude that makes us so reviled! Join us as we bring you all this week's movie and television news and reviews from our website SANDWICHJOHNFILMS.COM. Matt is joined by Brandon to discuss several items of supposed importance.

The show kicks off with a review of this week's movie news, including the final (thankfully) death of the Terminator movie series, an image breakdown from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, as well a discussion of the upcoming (apparently) buddy-hero Thor: Ragnarok.

They also break down the box office weekend, as King Fu Panda 3 and The Finest Hours battle for our hearts and wallets. The boys also discuss movies and television shows hitting Blu-ray this week.

After pee and drink breaks, the boys dive headlong into Rants and Raves. Brandon and Matt bitch and gripe about all the things they've been watching a reading about this week, including a 24 spinoff and Matt's thoughts about the geek subscription market.

The show ends with a review of the television event The X-Files, with Brandon and Matt actually agreeing for once on the show's direction.

We encourage you to participate in mailbag, as well as our Open Forum Friday, which is your chance to get in our business about running a passion project like our trainwreck. Please email us at Comments@SandwichJohnFilms.com with any thoughts you have about our show.

Be warned: Inside the Bucket is an EXPLICIT PODCAST. We tend to say controversial things and cuss just for the heck of it. So, please be careful if you are listening to us while at work.

We hope you laugh as much as we do bringing the show to you. As always, thanks to everyone for your continued support, and we'll see you at one of our screenings.

Naked Gun Reboot On It's Way

If you've seen Naked Gun - or The Naked Gun: From The Files Of Police Squad ! to give its full title - you'll know that it's a comedic masterpiece that springboards off astonishing levels of silliness and random spoofery. Leslie Nielsen's Frank Drebin is a loveable buffoon for the ages, even when he's discussing his dicky prostrate. Do not, however, expect the Ed Helms -starring reboot to adopt exactly the same tack. According to Naked Gun director/co-writer David Zucker, talking up Airplane!'s screening at Nashville's Wild West Comedy Festival, the new version will not attempt to hit the same spoofy sweet spot as the Zuckers and Jim Abrahams' 1988 comedy. "It won’t be like the Naked Gun that I did," Zucker revealed. "It may be good, but it won’t be that kind of movie. They’re going to use the title. They asked me if I wanted to produce. They’re nice people, but they don’t want to do that style of spoof that I do." One departure...
