Set in the years between Revenge Of The Sith and A New Hope (yes, yes, we know, it’s just Star Wars to so many of us), the show features the adventures of a rag-tag group of rebels – some young, some veterans – who work as Robin Hood types to undercut the growing Empire and help the needy in their home system.
Their actions have not gone unnoticed and now the Emperor has decided to put his gloved fist down, dispatching the one and only Darth Vader (voiced, as is law, by James Earl Jones) to take them out.
