BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

#Annabelle Trailer Has Arrived

With the release date less than a couple of months away now, Warner Bros. is kicking the promotion for Conjuring spin-off Annabelle up a gear with the second trailer. Prepare for creepy mannequin action and lots of demonic activity.

Annabelle follows John (Ward Horton) and Mia Form (Annabelle Wallis), a young couple happily expecting their first child. But when the beautiful (depending on how you look at it) vintage doll John buys for his wife attracts the attention of an obsessed satanic cult, things go scare-shaped for them and, more violently, their neighbours.

Surviving that initial incident, the couple moves to a new house, but discover that Annabelle has somehow made the trip with them. Sadly, they don’t at first make the connection between the creepy object and the horror that befell them last time, but they soon learn that the doll has a demon attached to it, one determined to make their lives a living hell. Just once it would be nice to meet a demon whose only concern is that we’ve remembered to lock the door behind us or set the DVR for the right show…

With John R. Leonetti inheriting directorial duties from James Wan and Gary Dauberman providing the script this time, Annabelle also features Alfre Woodard, Eric Ladin, Tony Amendola and Michelle Romano.

Naked Gun Reboot On It's Way

If you've seen Naked Gun - or The Naked Gun: From The Files Of Police Squad ! to give its full title - you'll know that it's a comedic masterpiece that springboards off astonishing levels of silliness and random spoofery. Leslie Nielsen's Frank Drebin is a loveable buffoon for the ages, even when he's discussing his dicky prostrate. Do not, however, expect the Ed Helms -starring reboot to adopt exactly the same tack. According to Naked Gun director/co-writer David Zucker, talking up Airplane!'s screening at Nashville's Wild West Comedy Festival, the new version will not attempt to hit the same spoofy sweet spot as the Zuckers and Jim Abrahams' 1988 comedy. "It won’t be like the Naked Gun that I did," Zucker revealed. "It may be good, but it won’t be that kind of movie. They’re going to use the title. They asked me if I wanted to produce. They’re nice people, but they don’t want to do that style of spoof that I do." One departure...
