MONSTER JAM RETURNS TO THE BAY AREA FOR THE ULTIMATE CAR-CRUSHING MONSTER TRUCK ACTION AT O.CO COLISEUM IN OAKLAND.

Featuring The Bay Area Debut of 2 New Trucks 

WHAT: For one day only, fans will witness the world’s best monster trucks battle it out in the ultimate event of intense speed, racing and destruction as Monster Jam® returns to the Bay Area! Sixteen massive trucks will be part of the dirt-flying, car-crushin’ action at O.co Coliseum – this year’s truck lineup includes the Bay Area debut appearance of the all-new 2014 season truck New Earth Authority (NEA)℠ and the first Hispanic themed truck El Diablo (named by the fans last year on MonsterJam.com in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month). Other fan-favorite trucks include appearances by World Champions Grave Digger®, El Toro Loco® and Captain’s Curse; plus Mohawk Warrior®, Lucas Oil Crusader®, Metal Mulisha, Tropical Thunder, Devastator, Captain USA, Double Trouble, Time Fly’s, Shocker, Detour and Titan!

In addition to the world-class racing and freestyle competition action, die-hard fans can come to the stadium early to enjoy the Party in the Pits pre-show experience – which gives fans unparalleled access to view their favorite trucks up-close, meet the star drivers for autographs and take photos!

One of the most popular touring family entertainment sporting events in the world, Monster Jam is a high-flying, car-crushing explosive event of demolition, speed, power and unbelievable stunts with the world’s best monster trucks and drivers whose skills provide an awesome spectacle of “rock-and-roar” that will bring fans to their feet cheering for more!

Naked Gun Reboot On It's Way

If you've seen Naked Gun - or The Naked Gun: From The Files Of Police Squad ! to give its full title - you'll know that it's a comedic masterpiece that springboards off astonishing levels of silliness and random spoofery. Leslie Nielsen's Frank Drebin is a loveable buffoon for the ages, even when he's discussing his dicky prostrate. Do not, however, expect the Ed Helms -starring reboot to adopt exactly the same tack. According to Naked Gun director/co-writer David Zucker, talking up Airplane!'s screening at Nashville's Wild West Comedy Festival, the new version will not attempt to hit the same spoofy sweet spot as the Zuckers and Jim Abrahams' 1988 comedy. "It won’t be like the Naked Gun that I did," Zucker revealed. "It may be good, but it won’t be that kind of movie. They’re going to use the title. They asked me if I wanted to produce.
