JACK REACHER opens December 21, 2013

JACK REACHER based on ONE SHOT (based on Lee Child‘s novel) adaptation starring Tom Cruise as Jack Reacher. Rosamund Pike will play a local defense attorney who collaborates with Reacher. David Oyelowo will play a veteran homicide detective Richard Jenkins plays the district attorney who prosecutes the sniper.
The screenplay was penned by Christopher McQuarrie who scripted Valkyrie for Cruise. McQuarrie is also set to direct this project.11 Robert Duvall’s character is currently unspecified but described as a small role but significant to Reacher’s storyline
Jai Courtney plays a highly trained sniper who is motivated to stop Reacher (Cruise) Werner Herzog plays an ex-prisoner of war named The Zec, who arranges and stages the killing and is the head of the conspiracy.
