LES MISERABLES New Images From The Film

USA Today delivered these new images from the upcoming film LES MISERABLES. The film stars Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried and is being directed by Oscar winner Tom Hooper (The King’s Speech)


The film tells the story of Jean Valjean, a former prisoner who becomes mayor of a town in France. Valjean agrees to take care of Cosette, the illegitimate daughter of Fantine, and must avoid being captured again by Javert, a police inspector.


LES MISERABLES opens December 7th, 2012.

Jean Valjean (Hugh Jackman), a Frenchman imprisoned for stealing bread, must flee from police Inspector Javert (Russell Crowe). The pursuit consumes both men's lives, and after two decades on the run, Valjean finds himself in the midst of the 1832 June Rebellion in Paris.

In the film, which officially kicks off phase 5 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Super-Hero partners Scott Lang ( Paul Rudd ) and Hope Van Dyne ( Evangeline Lilly ) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp.
