Here is th efirst clip from the upcoming film Drive starring Rayn Gosling. Just as the clip was ending my heart started pounding. his may be a film you haven't heard of but I think it is going to make some noise at The Cannes Film Festival this year. The movie will be released in the U.S. on September 16, 2011
Drive is an independent film directed by Nicolas Winding Refn and also stars Carey Mulligan, Bryan Cranston, and Ron Perlman. The movie is based on 2005 book by the same name written by James Sallis.
“Drive” is the story of a Hollywood stunt driver by day (Ryan Gosling), a loner by nature, who moonlights as a top-notch getaway driver-for-hire in the criminal underworld. He finds himself a target for some of LA’s most dangerous men after agreeing to aid the husband of his beautiful neighbor, Irene (Carey Mulligan). When the job goes dangerously awry, the only way he can keep Irene and her son alive is to do what he does best—Drive!
