People are telling us that the world is going to end on May 21,2011. I am more afraid of this. The birth of Skynet. That's right Skynet. If you haven't been around for the last 20 years then you may have no idea what I am talking about. But like most of we have all seen the Terminator franchise starring Arnold Schwarzenegger would know that at 8:11 p.m. tonight, April 19th, 2011 Skynet, the military-designed artificial intelligence system, will become self-aware and turn against its human creators.
And on April 21, 2011. Judgment Day. Kyle Reese and Derek Reese witness the launch of U.S. missiles while playing ball in their yard.
Now sure we know that Judgement Day has been rescheduled a few times over the years to accommodate the time travel subplots in various Terminator sequels, but still: the end is near!
But according to Sarah Conner Chronicles today is the day.
