Are You Ready For Another Focker Film?

Universal Pictures released a new theatrical trailer for their upcoming comedy Little Fockers, which is the third film in  Meet the Parents franchise. I think they are bleeding the well dry with this film. But with the holiday season coming up and it being a family film I am sure it will do just fine at the box office.

The film stars Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, Jessica Alba, Laura Dern, Harvey Keitel, Teri Polo, Robert De Niro, Barbra Streisand and Dustin Hoffman.

Synopsis:

After ten years of clashing wills with his ex-CIA father-in-law Jack, Greg Focker has finally entered the man's "circle of trust." So when the entire family gets together for a birthday party for Greg's five-year-old twins, things should go smoothly, right? Wrong. Greg's concerns for his family's future have caused him to take a side job for a drug company, which sets off Jack's paranoia and escalates into another family disaster.

If you've seen Naked Gun - or The Naked Gun: From The Files Of Police Squad ! to give its full title - you'll know that it's a comedic masterpiece that springboards off astonishing levels of silliness and random spoofery. Leslie Nielsen's Frank Drebin is a loveable buffoon for the ages, even when he's discussing his dicky prostrate. Do not, however, expect the Ed Helms -starring reboot to adopt exactly the same tack.
