Zach Braff Turning In His "Scrubs" For Good

Zach Braff the star of the TV show "Scrubs" has let the world know that the show is done for good.


The show has been on for nine season and two networks will not be returning next year.


Posting on Facebook, Braff wrote:

"Many of you have asked, so here it is: it appears that 'New Scrubs,' 'Scrubs 2.0,' 'Scrubs with new kids,' 'Scrubbier,' 'Scrubs without JD' is no more. It was worth a try, but alas... it didn't work. zb"

Now before writing the show off, an ABC rep says the network hasn't made its official decision yet. Given the show's weak ratings during this rebooted season, a return does seem pretty unlikely, though, especially given ABC's recent comedy success with its Wednesday block led by "Modern Family."
