Here you go folks we got the official synopsis for the upcoming Thor film and cast list. Hey did you notice they forgot our good friend Michael PapaJohn off the cast list? His role must be very secretive.
We all know that Star Trek's Chris Hemsworth and Star Wars' Natalie Portman are going to be in the film. Here is the official synopsis. It doesn't say much but you will get an idea of the film.

Synopsis:
Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment present the epic adventure, "Thor," which spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. At the center of the story is the mighty Thor (Chris Hemsworth), a powerful but arrogant warrior whose reckless actions reignite an ancient war. Thor is cast down to Earth by his father Odin (Anthony Hopkins) and is forced to live among humans.
