BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE Featurette

Couples Retreat Movie Review

Couples Retreat Movie Review
Review By:Chocolate Thunder

Hey all I am back with another film to review; This one is called Couple Retreat. First off I am biased because I love Vince Vaughn, the man adds a certain flare to all of his characters that pulls me in. Having said that, he takes a mediocre movie and brings it up a notch. The movie itself is purely predictable with each turn more apparent then the next, but the comedic dialogue make it worth watching. Vince Vaughn was not the only funny guy in the movie, his supporting cast did a good job holding their own. So whats the movie about?

There are 4 couples that have been married and one has gotten a divorce, which makes another couple think of doing the same, but before they do they want to try a couples resort to try and help repair the marriage. Comedy ensues there after, insert married person joke here, add scantily clad men and women and you got a good DVD rental to watch with you wife.

This is not a theatre movie, but it is at least worth the rental if you and your wife is looking for a movie to watch. Be pre-warned that watching this movie may bring out the bad points in your relationship and you may be getting a divorce also.

Naked Gun Reboot On It's Way

If you've seen Naked Gun - or The Naked Gun: From The Files Of Police Squad ! to give its full title - you'll know that it's a comedic masterpiece that springboards off astonishing levels of silliness and random spoofery. Leslie Nielsen's Frank Drebin is a loveable buffoon for the ages, even when he's discussing his dicky prostrate. Do not, however, expect the Ed Helms -starring reboot to adopt exactly the same tack. According to Naked Gun director/co-writer David Zucker, talking up Airplane!'s screening at Nashville's Wild West Comedy Festival, the new version will not attempt to hit the same spoofy sweet spot as the Zuckers and Jim Abrahams' 1988 comedy. "It won’t be like the Naked Gun that I did," Zucker revealed. "It may be good, but it won’t be that kind of movie. They’re going to use the title. They asked me if I wanted to produce. They’re nice people, but they don’t want to do that style of spoof that I do." One departure
